These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the gamejus platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support features. By registering an account or accessing gamejus, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at gamejus. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required during the KYC process.
Each player may hold only one gamejus account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you've lost access to your account, use the recovery process.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse will result in account action.
gamejus supports GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gamejus ("gamejus," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gamejus.app. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.
2.3 gamejus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. This requirement is set by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. gamejus reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not met.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gamejus does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
3.4 Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of gamejus, its affiliates, game providers, and payment processors, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in promotions.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. gamejus is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gamejus will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 KYC Verification. gamejus is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or Account access.
4.5 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify gamejus immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gamejus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. gamejus does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. gamejus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which may vary by payment method.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gamejus is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to verification requirements.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gamejus reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with applicable law. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
6.1 gamejus offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. gamejus reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using prohibited betting patterns to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
6.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. gamejus reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
6.5 gamejus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, gamejus reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. gamejus is not liable for any loss arising from a game malfunction.
7.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by gamejus's gaming system shall be the definitive record. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact support within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the property of gamej us or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from gamejus.
10.1 gamejus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 gamejus implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10.3 gamejus may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies, where required by applicable Philippine law.
11.1 gamejus is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of income or to resolve financial difficulties.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gamejus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 gamejus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 gamejus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gamejus's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 gamejus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gamejus reasonably believes that:
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting gamejus support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to gamejus's customer support team for resolution. gamejus will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
15.1 gamejus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gamejus will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
