GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your gamejus account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on your bank and the time of day. Withdrawals

To withdraw from gamejus, go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal – unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount on gamejus is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification for security purposes. If your withdrawal is flagged for review, our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete the process.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and payment account name, or a pending security review.
