You'll be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. Deposits & Payments

gamejus accepts the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit cards, and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. We do not accept credit cards for gambling deposits, in line with current Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency payments are also not accepted.

The minimum deposit amount on gamejus is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya deposits. For bank transfers, the minimum may vary depending on your bank's transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by gamejus, though you can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your gamejus account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes (for e-wallets) or 4 hours (for bank transfers), please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate right away.

gamejus does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. The amount credited to your gamejus account will be the full amount received by us after any provider fees.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from gamejus, go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal – unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit, where possible.

Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount on gamejus is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification for security purposes. If your withdrawal is flagged for review, our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete the process.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and payment account name, or a pending security review. If you don't meet the wagering requirements within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
